Have you changed your mind about an order you placed recently with us? You can cancel your order until it hasn't been confirmed. If your order is confirmed from our end, you won't be able to cancel it.
Here How You Can Cancel:
- Login to your Cogxim Account
- Go to Account Setting
- Select the appropriate order from My Orders
- Click on Cancel for the Product you want to Cancel
As soon as you cancel an order, we will send a confirmation of cancellation to your registered email address. Also, the status of that particular order will change to 'Cancelled'.
If your purchase contains more than one item, the entire order needs to be cancelled; you can't cancel individual items of an order.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it within 7 days of the Shipping Date, subject to the terms and conditions fulfilled.
If you cancel an order that was placed via NEFT, you need to share your bank account details to initiate the refund. However, it is important that we receive your NEFT payment, else the refund is not applicable. You will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 business days from the time of order cancellation.
If you opted for 'Online Payment' while placing the order, the amount paid will be credited directly into the source bank account within 2-3 business days from the time of order cancellation.
In case of payment made by Cheque, we will issue refund after the amount has been credited in our account. However, if the Cheque has not been presented in the bank, we will simply cancel it and send you the soft copy.
